Instructions

1. All hard-drives in your system will be scanned for NSR files. This may take several minutes, be patient.
2. After the Initialization is complete you will show up in the User list with a Username of "Unknown". You will also see all other users connected.
3. Your own Player name will not show until you connect to the OSCAARSIM NSR Game Server.
4. If you are already connected to the Game Server when you opened this page, simply return to the Lobby and rejoin the Server.
5. If you click any Username that has a Black Flag, LevelField will report the reason for the DQ.
6. To be given a Green Flag (legal NSR) your NSR files must not be modified and you must be connected to the OSCAARSIM NSR server in an active race.
