OSCAAR SIM GOING TRUCK RACING IN 2010

For the first time in OSCAARSIM history, the series is going to tackle the entire 2010 camping world truck schedule. Each and every monday nite the green flag will wave ay 8:30 est for qualifying, followed by the feature event. To make things a bit more interesting this season there are a couple of new twists to the season. The first will be the final seven races will be based on a chase format. The top seven drivers in points after the sevententh event will have their points reset to 5000 with a ten point bonus added for each win accumilated till then. Finally the biggest change for the 2010 season is the announcement of a $300.00 point fund that is in place for the season. The money will be paid out after the final event the following way 1'st 100.00 2'nd 75.00 3'rd 50.00 8'th 25.00 11th 25.00 15th 25.00. In order to qualify for the random money spots in the points a driver must have attended 75% of all events. In case that doesnt happen the money will be awarded to the next driver that qualifies for it.

The roster will be locked, and all drivers that competed in more than 3 events in the prior season are automatically eligable to race the 2010 season.

If you like to join you have till Monday February 22, 2010 to declare your intention to race the season.

The admins of OSCAARSIM reserve the right to refuse entry based on your on track racing skills.
